Whatever your concerns, I am here to offer you my support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I encourage the transformation of behaviour by changing the interpretation of life events, inviting you to take control of your problems and modify the reality you live.

By using various therapeutic techniques, my patients develop habits that help them cope with any obstacles in their lives. My therapy sessions are geared toward examining personal issues and providing patients with the tools to manage their conflicts in a healthy way.
